Cristie
is the most recent member to our team whose presence radiates
her commitment to fitness and nutrition and her unique gift
in the way she works with all people. In addition to Personal
Training, Cristie conducts the Pilates classes on Saturday
morning (7-10pm), which are exclusive to 6 per class and have
proven to be a very popular discipline to help clients achieve
results quicker.
Cristie
has true respect of health and fitness and helping other people,
with a particular interest working with women and core strength
training. Her qualifications include a degree in Psychology,
giving her an even greater edge working with the whole person.
