Scott is a versatile Personal Trainer with an excellent client
retention rate and offers flexibility with session times.
By doing extra study in rehabilitation and triathlon training
he can target specific needs for each individual client. He
also runs Prime Movers which is an Over 50's fitness class
with emphasis on strength and functional movement.
A
healthy body and a healthy mind is at the core of Scott's
personal training programs. With 8 years experience in London
and Melbourne, Scott has a sound knowledge of one-on-one training,
group training and team sport conditioning.
