What does your journey look like with us

30 Minute Consultation

During this consult, we will go through your goals, and challenges and provide an introduction to what we can do for you, our services, what we would recommend, and how it would benefit you. All our exercise selection is based on your assessment and ongoing progress.

We also provide home programs and online training.

Initial Assessment. - This is included in your 2 by-hour introductory sessions

The journey typically begins with an initial assessment where you would meet with Tony. During this assessment, he gathers information about your injury, aches and pains, medical history, fitness goals, and any other relevant information.

Consultation with a Physiotherapist (Only if applicable)

Depending on the injury, and limitation you may be referred to Anita our physiotherapist who works with the team. The physio assesses your injury, provides a diagnosis, and recommends appropriate treatment and exercises.

Development of a Customised Training Plan

Based on the information gathered from the assessment and consultation, we would make our recommendation on what program plan you may want to follow tailored to your needs, considering your injury, limitations, and goals.

Education and Rehabilitation

Your practitioner will educate you about your injury, limitations including how it may have occurred, how to manage it, and strategies to prevent further aggravation. We would incorporate rehabilitation exercises into the training plan to help you regain strength, flexibility, and mobility in the injured area or in general to get back to being independent and have better control of your fitness and wellness.

Progressive Training Program

As your progress and movement improve, we will gradually introduce you to more challenging exercises and adjust the training program accordingly. This progressive approach helps prevent setbacks and ensures continued improvement.

Monitoring and Adjustments:

Throughout the journey, the practitioner closely monitors your progress, regularly assessing your performance, pain levels, and overall well-being. Based on this feedback, your trainer will adjust the training plan as needed to ensure it remains safe, effective, and aligned with your goals.

Motivation and Support

In addition to physical rehabilitation, the practitioner provides emotional support and motivation to help you stay committed to your fitness journey, especially during challenging times or setbacks. We encourage, and help you stay focused on your long-term goals.

Integration of Functional Movement

Your practitioner will incorporate functional movement exercises into the training program as your injury continues to heal or have less pain and better movement and your fitness improves. These exercises help you build strength, stability, and mobility in a way that translates to your everyday activities and reduces the risk of future injuries.

Maintenance and Long-Term Wellness

Once you have successfully rehabilitated your injury and achieved your initial goals, your practitioner will continue to work with you to maintain your progress and support your long-term wellness journey. This may involve regular training or check-ins, ongoing adjustments to the training program, and guidance on lifestyle factors such as nutrition and stress management.

Empowerment and Independence

Ultimately, the goal of the practitioner is to empower the client to take ownership of their health and fitness, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to continue making positive choices independently or together way into the future.

By following this comprehensive journey, injured clients can effectively rehabilitate their injuries, improve their fitness, and achieve their wellness goals under the guidance of skilled and supportive practitioners.
