At Evolve Health and Fitness, we provide private one-on-one and small pilates classes, personal training and exercise physiologist programs that are designed for your specific needs and goals. We provide a space for you to train in private with our expert and hands-on team, learn new skills, be motivated and supported by a team of professionals without the distraction of a busy gym environment.
All new clients will get an assessment before starting with us, as this is critical in determining your level of health and fitness and help us determine the best support and program to follow, on your fitness journey.

Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified allied health professionals,delivering safe and effective exercise interventions for people with chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
