Initial Session - Goal setting, getting to know you, which includes a postural and movement assessment whilst teaching you the principles of personal training.

Nutritional advice and injury support included if requested.

Take-home program included.

Following Sessions - based on findings from your initial session, your personal trainer will guide you through an exercise routine where you will experience and feel different movements and muscle activation, building upon your understanding of training and preparing you for either continuing training with us or a take-home program.
