Bio-typing allows you to know which gland is most dominant in your body assisting you with what foods to avoid, what foods to eat and when to eat them.
I will teach you how to use your food to control dietary hormones and keep these balanced. This will create weight loss, reduce inflammation throughout the body as well as lowering bad cholesterol and improving good cholesterol.
You will receive a booklet and DVD which explain all we have spoken about, so you can review them at home. The booklet contains 50 fantastic recipes which are, low allergy, simple, easy, nutritious food. It also contains shopping lists, detailed list of high and low GI, carbohydrates, proteins, fats.
You will leave with a plan specifically for you of different options for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks that will fit into your lifestyle aimed at maintaining high energy levels through the day while supporting the body to burn fat for fuel and supporting detoxification pathways as well as reducing inflammation in the body, and supporting gut bacteria.
