How long do you think it takes to change


There are a few things that need to happen for you to change (be warned: there's going to be a bit of tough love here)

1. You need to become honest with yourself. And that can be uncomfortable. Are you where you want to be? Are you saying yes to life? Are you held back because you're uncomfortable in your body? Are you watching life from the sidelines? Awareness is the first step- and it can be pretty unpleasant.

2. You need to take responsibility for your current state. One of our Client Success Principles is a personal responsibility. Yes, things happen to us, and sometimes our situation can be dire. But to change, we need to take ownership of it.

3. Your desire to change must be stronger than your desire to stay comfortable and the same- or worse. Take a moment and write down all your reasons 'why'. Besides that list, write down your 'why nots'. All the things that are holding you back. Compare the list... how does it make you feel?
